Born in Foggia in 1993,
in Crema (CR).
He grew up with a passion for sports and cooking, which he cultivated from a young age by helping his mother and grandmother prepare traditional Pugliese recipes.
He decided to study at the Professional Institute for Enogastronomy and Hotel Hospitality in Vieste and later perfected his skills at the ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine in Colorno.
He gained work experience in various Italian regions and abroad, collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs like Isa Mazzocchi and Frederik Berselius.
In 2019, he opened his restaurant Vitium in Crema, where he offers innovative and experimental cuisine that values raw materials and Pugliese tradition.
Despite initial difficulties due to the pandemic, he received a Michelin star in November 2022, confirming his talent and dedication.
To this day, Michele continues to pursue his dream, aware that his journey is still long, but he has already made his city shine with his culinary success.
